Return & Refund Policy

Once you place your order, it goes in our production queue right away and cannot be modified or canceled. Please do make sure that you double check all items in your cart and your shipping address before checking out.

All orders are for final sale and are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received the incorrect or a defective item, please send us an email at
elisha@pageelevenpapergoods.com within 5 days of delivery; if you send us a quick image of the item you received, that will help us expedite your solution. Depending on the damage, damaged items may be either repaired or replaced with the exact same style item.

We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.


If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for a replacement. Just shoot us an email at elisha@pageelevenpapergoods.com, we will provide you with a return number, and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
